Deciding to take on a renovation or new construction project can seem overwhelming, we can help get you started by meeting to deliver a preliminary sense of the duration and costs involved.

The next step is choosing the right architect. We have a great referral base of local and award winning architects that can further develop your ideas into a final design.

Planning

Once construction drawings are ready, we assist with the permitting processes as well as work with utility companies, townships and cities, to prepare the site for construction. It’s usually around this time that your plans are developed far enough for formal pricing. We have an extensive list of high quality subcontractors and competitively price our trades to ensure we get the best value for our clients.

Construction

During construction, we want you to be well informed. We’re committed to keeping on-time paperwork, a clean and safe job site, and we’re always mindful to keep a proactive and positive attitude during the entire project process. We work collaboratively with both homeowners and architects, believing in a “big tent” approach when working with project team members.

Occupancy

After living in your home for 3 months, give us a call with any punchlist items you might have and we’ll work to ensure everything is living up to your expectations. We guarantee all of our work for the first year, and are always willing to pick up the phone for our past clients ongoing.
