Our Shared History
We're both second generation carpenters / craftsmen and did most of our early learning on the job site with our fathers. This is where our strong work ethic, determination, and pride for a job well done, comes from.
What We Are | What We're Not
We offer open-book pricing and are willing to work with clients on any budget. We do this through competitively pricing our trades, collaboratively working with clients and architects to generate value engineering (VE) options, and by using our combined experience to determine the best value for our clients.
We are not a "low number" general contractor. By this we mean, we will never put a "too good to be true" number in front of our clients in the hopes of getting a job, and change ordering the difference after the project has started. We will not substitute unspecified materials, omit scopes of work without notification, or force our hardworking trades to unfairly reduce their wages to make up for budget short falls.
